基于模糊综合评判的山区危险性急弯路段辅助决策方法 被引量:6

Auxiliary Decision-making Method on Risky Sharp Turn Section in Mountain Area Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

摘要 为了对急弯路段小客车行车危险性进行排序,辅助决策者找出急需改善的危险路段,提高道路安全管理水平和资金利用效能,利用临界附着系数和路面附着系数作为分析指标,选取25组试验路段作为研究对象,并将路段按危险性大小分为8级,利用数理统计和模糊综合评判理论,确定单因素评判矩阵和影响因素权重,进而得到综合评判结果;结合不同危险等级对应的权重,得到综合评判系数,以此对25组试验路段危险性进行排序,并进行了实例验证。研究结果表明:行驶速度和圆曲线半径是影响急弯路段小客车行车危险性的最主要因素;运用模糊综合评价法得到的结果与实际事故数据资料相符。 In order to sort the risk of passenger cars moving on sharp turn sections,assist the decision-makers to find out the risky section which was in urgent need of improvement and improve road safety management level and capital utilization efficiency,the critical adhesion coefficient and road adhesion coefficient as evaluation indices and 25 selected groups of test sections as the research object,they were divided into 8levels based on risks.With the theories of mathematical statistics and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the single factor evaluation matrix and the weight of each effect factor can be determined,and then the comprehensive evaluation result was obtained. Combining the corresponding weights of different risk levels,the comprehensive evaluation coefficient was obtained.Based on the coefficients,25 groups of test sections were sorted according to the risks,which were verified by examples.The results show that the driving speed and circular curve radius are the leading factors which lead to the risk ofpassenger cars moving on sharp turn sections.The results obtained by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation agree with the actual accident data.
