摘要
公共图书馆专题馆的成立是公共图书馆与时俱进,深化服务的创新举措。但公共图书馆专题馆在实际运行中普遍存在一些问题,主要集中在三方面:对公共图书馆专题馆的内涵与外延认识不统一;专题资源建设与专题服务开展欠佳;专题馆管理与馆员专业素质有待提升。本文从这三方面问题着手,结合现实案例,分析问题产生的原因,提出解决对策,为公共图书馆专题馆建设提供参考。
The establishment of special subject library is groundbreaking, which broadens and deepens the service of public library. This paper analyzes three aspects of the special subject library ： the connotation, the construction of the special subject resources and the carrying out of the special subject services, the management of the special subject library and the cultivation of the Librarians. By analyzing these three aspects, the author expects a compre- hensive theory could be formed and the problems appearing could be solved.
