压片-荧光分析法快速测量烧结矿组分

摘要 采用压片-荧光分析法测量烧结矿组分,对内控样的化学定值和标准样品,绘制出荧光分析曲线,通过压片制样、X射线荧光分析烧结矿中各元素。该方法能够准确地分析出烧结矿成分,提高了工作效率和分析质量,减轻了劳动强度,节约了成本,减少了环境污染。 Pressing disc-fluorescence analysis method was adopted to measure the components in sinter ore.Fluorescence analyzing curve was plotted for the chemical constant value of internally controlled sample and standard sample and all elements in sinter ore were analyzed by pressing disc and sample preparation and Xray fluorescence analysis.This method could accurately analyze sinter ore components,improve working efficiency and analysis quality,alleviate working strength,save cost and reduce environmental pollution.
