摘要
漏电流式颗粒物传感器,是一种新型的用来直接测量废气中颗粒物含量的车载装置。传感器首先将颗粒物的浓度转化为n A级的电流信号,再通过电路将电流转换为电压,通过S9S08DZ60单片机转化为数字量;由于同样浓度的PM2.5颗粒物,其输出电流受工作温度的影响,传感器中设计了温度检测电路,用温度对PM2.5的浓度值进行修正,修正后的值由单片机CAN接口通过收发器发送到CAN总线,共享到其他的发动机控制单元。传感器使用一段时间后,沉积在传感器内部的颗粒物会影响传感器正常工作,因此,传感器中设计了加热电路,烧掉沉积的颗粒物,从而恢复正常工作。
Electronic particulate matter sensor is a new type sensor used on vehicles for measuring PM in exhaust gas.The sen-sor first converts concentration of particulate matter to micro-current, and then converts electric current into voltage through cir-cuits,finally converts to digital quantity through S9S08DZ60 microcontroller.Because the output current was affected by operating temperature when at the same concentration of PM( particulate matter), we designed temperature detection circuit in the sensor, corrected concentration of PM with the temperature, and sent the revised result to CAN bus though CAN transceiver,which used for other devices.After using a period of time, the sensor will be polluted by PM and its accuracy will be affected.So we design a heat- ing circuit in the sensor which can heat the sediment PM and burn them off, and then ensure the accuracy of the sensor.
