摘要
柴油机曲轴臂距差信号检测中,由于曲轴转动使得有线测量很困难而且导致了较大的测量误差。论文基于线性霍尔元件设计了臂距差信号传感器,应用无线技术实现了信号传输,并采用单片机作为核心器件对采集的数据进行处理,有效地降低了测量成本,提高了测量精度。
During the arm distance difference measuring for diesel engine,the crankshaft rotation makes the cable measurement difficult and leads to greater measurement deviation.In the article,a new arm distance difference measuring instrument was designed based on the linear hall elements.The signal transmission was achieved by the application of wireless technology.Data processing was finished based on the core device of single chip microcomputer.So the cost of measurement can be reduced and at the same time the accuracy of the measurement improved.
