摘要
文中介绍了一种高精度双路p H在线监测仪的设计方案,该监测仪采用C8051F021单片机为主控制器,采用算术平均滤波法进行数据处理,实现了对多路测量信号的采集处理。采用模糊PID控制方法,解决p H值的非线性、滞后环节问题,完成自动加酸控制。可以通过4~20 m A的标准电流输出和RS485通讯方式传输数据,也可用GPRS,通过因特网把测量数据传到上位机,具有较强的工业使用价值。
This paper introduced the design scheme of high precision dual pH online monitor .The monitor uses C8051F021 microcontroller-based controller ,which uses the method of arithmetic mean filtering for date processing and achieves the acquisition and processing of multi-channel signal measurement.This pH value measurement meter adopts the method of fuzzy control to re -solve the problem that pH has the characteristic of non-linearityl,ong lag ,and it completes the control of automatic acid adding .It can transmit date remotely with standard current of 4~20mA and RS485communication,it can also use GPRS and through the In-ternet to put the measurement data to the PC .This monitor has high value for industrial use .
