摘要
采用XCF-1A型纤维摩擦因数测试仪对5种不同细度超细羊毛的摩擦因数进行测试,通过改变摩擦辊转速及摩擦辊材质,发现不同细度超细羊毛表现出不同的摩擦性能。实验发现,摩擦因数不仅与纤维细度相关,还与摩擦辊转速有关,不同细度纤维的摩擦因数随摩擦辊转速的增加表现出不同的趋势,相同的摩擦辊转速对不同纤维而言是大小不一的滑动速度。纤维与橡胶辊间的摩擦因数始终高于纤维与金属辊间的摩擦因数,且前者测试数据的波动性大于后者。
The friction coefficients of 5 kinds super-fine wool of different fineness was tested using the XCF-1A fiber friction coefficient test instrument. By changing the rotation speed and the material of the friction roller,fibers show different friction performance. The experimental results show that the friction coefficient is affected not only by the fineness of the fiber,but also by the rotation speed of friction roller. The fiber friction coefficients of different fineness show different trend with the increase of the roller's speed. For different fineness of fibers,the rotation speeds of the friction roller are different sliding speeds. The fiber friction coefficient of the rubber roller is always higher than that of the metal roller,and the fluctuation of testing data of the former is higher than that of the latter.
