从富集稀土的磷酸浸出液中提取稀土的研究 被引量:3

摘要 考察了磷酸溶液浓缩结晶法、草酸沉淀法提取稀土的效果。结果表明,在一定范围内磷酸溶液浓缩程度增大有利于∑REO的结晶析出,当浓缩比为0.42时,∑REO的结晶析出率达到69.31%;在所选择的草酸浓度和草酸用量条件下,∑REO沉淀率最高仅有11%左右,当加入草酸将磷酸溶液蒸发浓缩一倍时,∑REO沉淀率达到62.29%。 The effects of extracting rare earth by concentration crystallization method and oxalate precipitation method from phosphoric acid solution were investigated.The results show that increasing degree of phosphoric acid solution concentration with certain range is in favor of∑REO crystallization.Crystallization rate of∑REO is 69.31% when concentration ratio is 0.42.As high as about 11% under the chosen dosage and concentration of oxalate acid,the precipitation rate of∑REO can reach to 62.29%when phosphate solution is twice concentrated by evaporation and addition of oxalic acid.
