硅酸钡钛晶体的高温溶液法生长

Crystal Growth of Ba_2TiOSi_2O_7 by High Temperature Solution Method

摘要 为了选用合适的助熔剂生长Ba_2TiOSi_2O_7晶体,试验了多种不同成分和配比的化学试剂。最终确定了LiF和H_3BO_3摩尔比为5:2复合助熔剂,采用高温溶液法生长出了尺寸为20 mm×10 mm×3mm的较透明Ba_2TiOSi_2O_7晶体。粉末倍频测试结果表明,粒径为88~105μm的Ba_2TiOSi_2O_7粉体的倍频效应约为5.5倍的KDP(d_(36)=4.7×10^(-13)m/V)量级。红外光谱测量证实晶体结构中含有Si_2O_7基团和TiO_5基团。 The Ba2TiOSi207 transparent crystal with the size of 20 mmx 10 minx3 mm was grown with LiF:H3BO3 molar ratio of 5:2 as a composite flux by a high-temperature solution method. The powder second harmonic generation (SHG) effect of Ba2TiOSi2O7 powder with the sizes of 88-105um is about 5.5 times greater than that of KH2PO4 (KDP). Based on the infrared specmnn, Ba2TiOSi2O7 crystal structure contains Si2O7 and TiO5 anionic groups.
