摘要
针对吊篮式移栽机在膜上移栽过程中膜孔过大的问题,以栽植器的运动轨迹方程为基础,结合农艺要求,对移栽机进行最小破膜条件的理论分析,在此分析的基础上构建数学模型,利用MATLAB软件进行求解和拟合,得出:在给出在考虑最小破膜条件下,移栽机主要设计参数的关系式;对地膜破损的程度进行模拟仿真,仿真结果表明,回转半径影响株距的可调范围,在给定回转半径的条件下株距的调整超过一定范围则会使得地膜的破损程度急剧增加;给出在零速投苗和最小破膜前提条件下,能满足不同农业需求的吊篮式移栽机的结构参数计算公式,为吊篮式移栽机在最小破膜条件下结构参数提供设计参考。
Based on the movement trajectory formula of dibble-type planting device,and combined with agronomic requirements,considering the planting depth,zero-speed planting,and the smallest mulch-film damage,a mathematical model was constructed to solve the oversized mulch-film damage problem.The movement trajectory of planting device was discussed in detail to find appropriate parameter combinations making mulch-film damage smallest.Utilizing MATLAB,a simpler approximate formula showing the relationship of two parameters was given via a curve fitting technology.Using the formula,the relationship between different structural parameters was analyzed.The extent of mulch-film damage was computed in a simulation to verify the proposed method.The results show that the adjustable range of the appropriate plant spacing is related to rotation radius of planting device.In condition of the rotation radius given,the extent of mulch-film damage increases rapidly if the plant spacing is beyond a certain range.Utilizing the formulas given by this paper,agroup of appropriate structural parameters can be obtained to design dibble-type transplanters,which can meet different agronomic requirements under the condition of zero-speed planting and the smallest mulch-film damage.
