摘要
目的:研究黄芩素在纳米金修饰电极上的电化学行为,建立对其测定的电化学分析方法。方法:该文采用循环伏安法和差示脉冲伏安法研究了黄芩素在纳米金修饰电极上的电化学行为,具体考察了支持电解质和缓冲溶液的pH及扫速等测定条件。结果:在pH 6.0的PBS缓冲溶液中,黄芩素氧化峰电流I与其浓度C在1.25×10^(-7)~6.98×10^(-6)mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为I_p=0.0414x(C黄芩素)+0.8159,r=0.9956,依据LOD=3σ/S,该方法的检测限为4.56×10~8mol/L。结论:该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,可用于实际样品中黄芩素的直接测定。
Objective:To study the electrochemical behavior of scutellarein on the glassy carbon electrode modified with nano-gold and establish a novel method for the determination of scutellarein.Methods:In this paper,electrochemical behavior of scutellarein on the glassy carbon electrode modified with nanogold was studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry.The experimental parameters such as the supporting electrolyte,pH of buffer solution,scan rate and other measurement conditions were optimized in detail.Results:The results showed that the peak currents varied linearly with the concentration of scutellarein over the range from 1.25×10^(-7) mol/L to 6.98×10^(-6) mol/L with the detection limit of 4.56 ×10 ~8mol/L in a pH 6.0 PBS buffer solution(LOD=3 σ/S).Conclusion:The method has been successfully used to detect scutellarein in actual samples,it is simple and accurate.
