摘要
目的:总结并分析耳穴治疗神志病临床文献中的取穴规律。方法:电子检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文期刊数据库(VIP)和万方学术期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献光盘数据库(CBMdisc)等数据库中1980年1月—2015年2月收录有关耳穴治疗神志病的临床文献,将纳入文献进行描述性分析。结果:共纳入299篇中文文献,主穴使用频率最多为神门和皮质下,配穴选用最多的为脾和肝;耳穴对应的解剖学位置中选用较多的为耳甲和对耳屏。结论:耳穴治疗神志病选穴组方上已有一定规律,但具体治疗方法繁杂,应进一步制定规范合理的治疗方案。
Objective：To summarize and analyze the laws of auricular acupuncture therapy on mental diseases. Methods：Search the related articles on mental diseases by auricular acupuncture from China National Knowledge Infrastructure database（CNKI）,VIP database（VIP）,Wanfang database and Chinese Biomedical Literature database（CBMdisc）form January 1980 to February 2015. Results：Totally 299 Chinese articles are included in this study. As the main acupoints,shenmen（TF4）and subcortex（TF4）are frequently used in auricular acupoints for treating mental diseases,while for matching acupoints are spleen（CO13）and liver（P4）;a majority of those acupoints are located in concha and antitragus. Conclusion：There are some laws of auricular acupuncture therapy on mental diseases for prescription. However,the specific methods are complex and it is necessary to make a further standard prescription in future.
