摘要
为了消除污水处理厂活性污泥中特细无机砂对污水处理系统的影响,采用一种淤砂分离器对污泥中的无机砂进行分离去除。污泥淤砂分离器是利用高速旋流将污泥中的有机质和无机砂进行有效分离,分离得到的底流物质主要为无机砂。结果表明,污泥在进行单次淤砂分离后,底流污泥悬浮固体富集率FSS为3.9,底流污泥的有效除砂率为34.5%。将单次分离得到的底流污泥进行二次分离,底流污泥FSS值可达6.1,有效除砂率可达78.5%。但将溢流污泥进行二次分离时分离效率却会降低,说明整个淤砂分离系统适合采取底流污泥二次分离的运行模式。
In order to eliminate the effect of ultrafine inorganic silt in the activated sludge from WWTP on the sewage treatment system, a silt-sludge separator was adopted to remove inorganic silt from the activated sludge. This separator uses the high-speed swirl of activated sludge to make silt effectively separated. The separated underflow matter was mainly inorganic silt. The results showed that after the raw sludge was separated, the concentration rate of suspended solids in the underflow sludge was 3.9, and the removal rate of silt from the underflow sludge was 34.5%. After the secondary separation of the underflow sludge, the concentration rate of suspended solids could reach 6.1, and the removal rate of silt could reach 78.5%. But, when the overflow sludge from the first separation was in the secondary separa- tion, the separation efficiency was significantly decreased. This indicated that silt-sludge separator is more suitable for the secondary separation of underflow sludge.
