发达国家中小学教师培训的经验与启示——以美国、英国、日本为例 被引量:40

Experiences and Enlightenments of Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Training in the Developed Countries——Taking the United States,Britain and Japan as Cases

摘要 当今世界各国政府都十分重视中小学教师的在职培训。美英日中小学教师培训体现出中小学教师培训制度法制化凸显强制性、培训目标多元化追求整体性、培训内容丰富多彩体现综合性、培训课程整体设计强调实用性、培训途径多种多样彰显灵活性等特征。未来我国中小学教师培训的发展将呈现出培训格局多元化、培训目标分层化、培训内容实用化、培训模式灵活化、培训评估机制科学化等特点。 The in-service training of primary and secondary school teachers has been paid worldwide attention by national governments.Primary and secondary school teachers' training in the United States,Britain and Japan has been characterized as follows:enforcing the legislation of training system,integrating the training objective diversification,reflecting the comprehensiveness of training content,emphasizing the practicability of the overall design of the training program,achieving flexibility of training approaches.In China,the development of primary and secondary school teachers' training will manifest the characteristics as follows:the training pattern tends to be diversified,the training target tends to be hierarchical,the training content tends to be practical,the training mode tends to be flexible,and the training evaluation mechanism tends to be scientific.
