摘要
通过产业园区化带动区域经济发展是当下我国区域经济发展中的常态。产业园区在获得普遍性发展同时,也呈现出与可持续发展背道而驰的诸多问题。这些问题在传统产业转移理论视阈下无法得到明确阐释和有效解决。与此同时,文化创新在当今经济社会发展中的价值日益凸显,其在提升产业附加值、优化产业结构、推动社区文化融合和提高精神生活质量等各层面具有重要的推动作用。在此分析基础上,以荆州承接国家产业转移示范区建设为例,探索了区域产业园区发展的方向。
It＇s becoming very common for the regional economy development through industrial park leading regional economic development. Despite the common development pattern, the industrial parks also encountered many problems against the sustainable development. These problems cannot be easily solved under the traditional industrial perspectives. Meanwhile, cultural innovation＇s importance becomes more and more obvious in current social economic development and it＇s also very important for increasing industrial value, optimizing industrial structure, promoting community culture merging and improving the quality of spiritual life, etc. This article takes the example of the sample region for industrial transfer in Jingzhou of Hubei Province and explores the direction of regional industrial parks development.
