摘要
为了查明乙烯压缩机活塞杆短期断裂失效原因,针对活塞杆进行了断口分析和微观组织检测。结果表明:活塞杆断裂性质是机械疲劳,材质中夹杂物过多以及热处理不完全造成的组织缺陷,降低了活塞杆的抗疲劳强度,导致其短时间内发生疲劳断裂。
In order to find out the fracture reason of a piston rod of an ethylene compressor, the fracture and microstructure examina- tion of the piston rod was carried out. The testing results showed that the fracture, failure property of the piston rod was mechanical fatigue. Too much non-metallic inclusion in the material and microstructure defect caused by incompletely heat treatment reduced the fatigue strength of the piston rod. As a result, the piston rod fatigue fractured in a short period of time.
