摘要
采用整群抽样法,选取3所大学高校900名大学生,经项目分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析后,探索本土化的大学生积极心理资本结构,并编制大学生积极心理资本问卷。大学生心理资本包括自我效能、乐观、希望、韧性、宽恕、亲社会6个维度。该问卷共有22个项目,具有良好的内部一致性信度、分半信度、重测信度,结构效度、校标效度。大学生积极心理资本问卷可作为大学生积极心理资本的测量工具,开发、培育更多本土化、积极性的潜在心理资本,是心理资本未来的研究趋势。
According to item analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,the paper explores the localization of the university students' positive psychological capital dimensions,and establishes the university students ' positive psychological questionnaire by cluster sampling method in 900 university students in 3 universities. The university students' positive psychological capital includes self- efficacy,optimism,hope,resilience,forgiveness and pro society. It has 22 items,and has good internal consistency reliability,split- half reliability and re- test reliability,structure validity and criterion validity. University students' positive psychological capital questionnaire can be used as a measurement tool,cultivating more local,positive,potential psychological capital is the trend of the study on psychological capital.
