摘要
采用6063铝合金作为面板、AlSi_7粉末作为芯层发泡基体、TiH_2作为发泡剂,通过复合轧制法制备发泡预制体,对预制体在不同温度和时间下进行发泡处理,确定出最优的发泡温度为670℃、发泡时间为100 s,此条件下制得的AFS芯层,密度为0.49g/cm^3、孔隙率81.51%,气孔较规整,且分布均匀。
Adopting 6063 alloy as panel, AlSi7 powder as matrix, Till2 as foaming agent, foam preform was prepared by composite rolling. The foaming processing of the preform was carried out under the condition of different temperature and time. The optimal foaming temperature is 670℃, foaming time is 100 s; under this condition, the density and porosity of prepared AFS core layer is 0.49 g/cm3 and 81.51%, respectively. The pore is more regular, which is in uniform distribution.
