摘要
选用快速镍和特殊镍作为过渡层,然后在其基础上刷镀快速铁,并使用扫描电镜和划痕结合强度测量仪,分别检测了表面形貌和结合强度。结果表明:这两种过渡层与基体和快速铁镀层结合较好,分层现象明显。快速镍作为过渡层时,结合强度最高约30.07 N。
Taking fast nickel and special nickel as the transition layer, and then fast iron brush plating on its basis, using SEM and scratch test, the surface morphology and bond strength were respectively detected. The results show that two kinds of transition layer emerge obvious stratification, and combined with substrate and fast iron coating all right. Fast nickel as the backing layer, the value ofbongding strength is the highest about 30.07 N.
