摘要
利用金相、扫描电镜及金属原位统计分析等技术研究了某桥梁钢板超声波探伤缺陷区域,发现在钢板厚度中心区域存在严重的带状组织,C元素在带状组织中分布极不均匀,存在明显偏析。同时,在该区域还存在大量的非金属夹杂物。结果表明:钢板厚度中心区域C元素严重偏析及大量非金属夹杂物的耦合作用是引起钢板超声波探伤不合格的主要原因。
The defects zone in ultrasonic flaw detection of corrosion-resistant bridge steel were studied by metallographic analysis, SEM and original position analysis. The serious band structure is found in the central area of the thickness-direction of steel. The distribution of C element in band structure is ununiform, generatingg obvious segregation. At the same time, large numbers of nonmetal inclusions exist in the central area in the thickness-direction of steel. The resuks show that the coupling of segregation of C in the central erea in the thickness direction of steel and massive nonmetallic inclusions cause the disqualification in ultrasonic flaw detection.
