摘要
介绍东方终端利用余热锅炉将水和燃气透平压缩机的高温烟气进行换热,提供给两套脱二氧化碳系统(简称:脱碳系统)用于MDEA溶液的再生。并对余热锅炉使用后终端锅炉与使用余热锅炉前的数据进行对比,说明余热锅炉的使用提高了东方终端的能源利用率,减少天然气的消耗,节省企业的总体生产成本,取得了经济效益和节能减排成果的双丰收。
This paper introduces the heat transfer of high temperature flue gas in water and gas turbine compressor by waste heat boiler in eastem terminal, which is provided for decarbonizing system for the regeneration of the MDEA solution. And comparing terminal boiler data of with and without waste heat boiler, it is showed that the use of waste heat boiler improves energy utilization rate in eastern terminal, reducing the consumption of natural gas, saving the overall production cost for enterprise, harvesting the economic efficiency, energy conservation and emissions reduction.
