摘要
教师是学校的核心人力资源,也是最有价值的资源,教师工作绩效的高低对学校整体绩效和人才培养质量起着至关重要的作用。教师工作绩效受多方面因素影响,通过调研数据,分别从个人-组织契合和敬业度的角度分析二者对高职教师工作绩效的影响及其程度,并在此基础上从招聘、激励、工作氛围、绩效评价体系等方面提出相关对策。
As teachers are the core human resources and also the most valuable resources of schools, their work performance plays a vital role in promotion of the schools' overall performance and quality of talent training. Teachers' work performance is affected by many factors. The effects of person-organization fit and employee engagement on the teachers' work performance in higher vocational and technical colleges and the extent of such effects are analyzed based on the data obtained from surveys. And on the basis of the analysis, relevant countremeasures are put forward in such aspects as recruitment, motivation, working environment, and performance evaluation system.
