摘要
上海上电漕泾发电有限公司2×1 000 MW超超临界机组目前采用一种新型节能的协调控制方式,调整压力设定值使得汽机高压调门全开,并通过凝结水调节参与负荷调节和优化锅炉燃烧率控制来加快负荷响应,同时应用汽机调门阀限调节技术实现一次调频功能。从而在基本满足电网AGC变负荷和一次调频功能要求的前提下,实现汽机高压调门全开的新型协调控制方式。
Shanghai Shanghai electric power caohejing power generation co.,ltd 2×1 000 MW ultra super critical unit apply one kind of new type energy saving coordinated control method, which adjusts pressure set point to open steam turbine high pressure governing valve and optimizes boiler burning rate control to speed up load response through condensation water adjustment with load adjustment, meanwhile it applies steam turbine governing valve limit adjustment technology to achieve primary frequency regulation function. Under the premise of satisfy state grid AGC changing load and primary frequency regulation requirement, it realizes new type coordinated control method for steam turbine high pressure governing valve full open.
