摘要
某矿中的铌矿物主要为烧绿石,针对其矿石性质,在脱泥、除去铁磁性矿物和锆英石后,用硫酸调浆,改性水玻璃、硝酸铅、OA作调整剂,鳌合剂GYX为捕收剂浮选回收烧绿石.对Nb_2O_5品位0.26%的给矿,闭路试验获得:Nb_2O_5品位27.93%、作业回收率86.97%的铌精矿,铌总回收率为79.43%,实现了烧绿石与脉石矿物的有效分选.
For a mine pryochlore as a main mineral, taking sulphuric acid, modified sodium silicate, lead nitrate and OA as modifier on the basis of its properties, then adopting chelate collector GYX for pyrochlore flotation is used. For the feed assaying Nb205 0.26%, by closed-circuit tests, niobium concentrate assaying Nb205 27.93% with stage recovery 86.97% can be achieved, for crude ore, the recovery of niobium concentrate is 79.43 % correspondingly. Finally,effective separation of pyrochlore from gangue minerals can be realized.
