摘要
目的：探讨如何提高自体脂肪移植行面部年轻化手术中脂肪移植的存活率。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在科室2012年6月-2015年6月收治的145例行面部自体脂肪移植的求美者的术后情况。选择大腿前外侧部作为脂肪供区,采用肿胀吸脂术抽吸脂肪,再经提纯等处理后,联合适量自体富血小板血浆注射于面部凹陷处。结果：术后随访3~12个月,无一例发生感染、血肿、不对称等并发症。术后面部填充部位外观饱满、自然,皱纹明显减轻或消退,求美者对外形满意。结论：随着促血管化的进一步研究及应用,自体脂肪移植面部年轻化术后移植脂肪存活得到有效提高,适合于面部凹陷的美容治疗,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the transplantated-fat survival in facial rejuvenation.Methods 145 cases of patients in our department from June 2012 to June 2015 were included in this study.The fat granules were harvested by liposuction from the donor sites as hypogastrium.Then the combinations of the fat and Platelet-rich plasma were injected back to facial depression for filling and augmen after poaching and sedimentation.Results Postoperative follow-up in these 145 patients from three to twelve months showed that all patients got satisfactory results without localized indurations,infection or fat liquefaction.Conclusion With further research and application of reinforce vascularization,the transplantated-fat survival in facial rejuvenation has been considerably improved.It is worth spreading in clinic.
