摘要
输变电设备一体化监测装置是构成输变电设备智能监测传感网络的基本单元。为评估与提高输变电设备一体化智能监测装置可靠性,优化其维修策略,建立了一种基于Markov过程的输变电设备一体化智能监测装置可靠性评估模型。在分析一体化智能监测装置内部结构与各元件功能关系的基础上进行了系统划分,采用Markov模型表征系统的状态转移过程,通过计算系统在平稳状态下的状态概率,量化了一体化智能监测装置的可靠性水平。实例分析表明,提出的可靠性评估模型能够较为准确客观地对一体化智能监测装置的可靠性进行量化评估,有效辨识出装置的薄弱环节,从而为制定合理的运行维护策略,保证输变电设备智能监测传感网络的安全可靠运行提供技术参考。
The integrated intelligent monitoring device is the basic unit of the intelligent monitoring sensor networks of power transmission and transformation equipment. In order to assess and increase the reliability of the integrated intelli- gent monitoring device of power transmission and transformation equipment, we proposed a Markov-process-based reliability model. The integrated intelligent monitoring device is divided into several subsystems by analyzing the internal structure and functional relationship of the components in the device. The Markov model is used to represent the state transition process of subsystems. The reliability level of the integrated intelligent monitoring device is quantized by cal- culation of subsystem state probability. The case study shows that the proposed reliability model can present an accurate and object quantitative evaluation of the equipment reliability and effectively identify the weak parts. The proposed me- thod can also provide a technical reference for the operation and maintenance strategies for the integrated intelligent monitoring device and guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the intelligent monitoring sensor network for power transmission and transformation equipment.
