摘要
在刑事诉讼领域,加强司法诚信建设可以树立法律权威,提高司法公信力。从司法诚信对司法本身的意义、刑事诉讼追求的价值、刑事诉讼模式的改革方向、刑事诉讼的问题和现象以及刑事诉讼的本质和特点五个方面可以充分论证当前加强司法诚信建设的必要性。
From the perspective of criminal procedure, this paper demonstrates the necessity of strengthening the construction of judicial integrity from five aspects： the significance of the judicial integrity, the value of the criminal procedure, the reform direction of the criminal procedure mode, the problem and phenomenon of criminal procedure and the nature and characteristics of criminal procedure.
