摘要
为闽楠育苗提供理论依据和技术指导,通过设置5个育苗密度,研究其对闽楠苗生长及生理的影响。结果表明:随着育苗密度的增加,2年生闽楠苗的苗高、地径、主根长、叶面积、生物量、根系活力、保水能力均呈先上升后下降趋势,而叶绿素含量则呈逐渐下降低趋势。通过综合评价,生产上闽楠适宜的育苗密度为50株/m^2(10cm×20cm)。
To provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for P.bournei seedlings raising,by designing five seedling densities,the effects of different seedlings density on growth and physiology of P.bournei seedlings were studied.The results showed that the height,diameter,root length,leaf area,biomass,root activity and water retention capacity of two-year P.bournei seedlings increased first then decreased with the increase of the seedling density,while the chlorophyll content gradually decreased.By comprehensive evaluation,the density of 50plants/m^2(10cm×20cm)was the most appropriate seedling density in practice.
