摘要
为优化和调整贵州葛根品种结构,筛选适宜贵州种植的优良葛根品种,将收集到的8份葛根资源与当地主栽品种QS08-07(对照)进行比较试验,对生物学特性、植物学特征及产量指标进行综合评价。结果表明:8份资源均适宜贵州生长发育,其形状分别为小叶纺锤形、中叶长柱形、大叶长柱形;资源1年生鲜葛QS08-01产量最高,显著高于QS08-02、QS08-03、QS08-04、QS08-05、QS08-08及对照;资源QS08-01新植与2年宿根产量的差异不显著,可作为1年商品葛根品种。资源2年宿根QS08-04的鲜葛产量最高,显著高于QS08-01、QS08-02、QS08-03、QS08-05、QS08-06及对照,资源2年宿根QS08-04产量显著高于1年新植产量,可作为多年生品种。
To optimize and adjust the structure of puerarin varieties,chose fine pueraria varieties suitable for cultivation in Guizhou,A varieties comparison test was conducted on eight collected Pueraria copies and landlord QS08-07 of contrast,and the biological characteristics,botanical characteristics and yield index were comprehensively evaluated.Results：Eight Pueraria resources were uitable for the growth and development in Guizhou,and its tuber shape were lobular spindle,middle long column,large long column;The yield of one-year resource QS08-01 fresh tuber was the highest,and was significantly higher than that of QS08-02,QS08-03,QS08-04,QS08-05,QS08-08,and the control;The yield difference of resource QS08-01one-year and two-year perennial was not significant,so it could be used as a year commodity variety;The fresh tuber yield of two-year resource QS08-04 perennial tuber was the highest,significantly higher than QS08-01,QS08-02,QS08-03,QS08-05,QS08-06 and the control;The fresh tuber yield of two-year resource QS08-04 perennial was significantly higher than that in a new plant yield,could be used as perennial species.
