环氧化酶2抑制剂抗卵巢癌作用的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 卵巢癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤之一,由于起病隐匿。现有的化疗方案常由于化疗药物不敏感、耐药等原因导致肿瘤易复发,化疗毒副反应大而使卵巢癌的死亡率一直居高不下,因而寻找一种安全、有效的化疗方案一直是妇科肿瘤工作者面临的难题。Cox-2的表达水平与卵巢癌分型、分化程度、转移密切相关,直接影响卵巢癌患者的预后,对判断卵巢肿瘤的恶性度有一定的提示作用,是卵巢癌治疗中的一个潜在的靶点。Cox-2抑制剂可通过PI3K/Akt、NF-κB、Fas L、RAS/RAF/MAPK/ERK等多种途径促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制细胞增殖,抑制血管生成,从而发挥抗肿瘤作用。Cox-2抑制剂还可与化疗药物协同作用,提高化疗药物的敏感性、减少耐药,增强化疗效果。本文就cox-2抑制剂在卵巢癌治疗中的研究现状作以总结。
