摘要
目的总结分析热毒宁注射液治疗儿童支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法 2013-08/2015-02邳州市人民医院儿二科住院支气管肺炎患儿200例,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,两组均给予常规治疗,观察组加用热毒宁注射液治疗,治疗结束后比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组热退时间、咳嗽、气喘、肺部湿啰音减轻或消失时间、胸片吸收时间均短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率为83%(83/100),观察组总有效率96%(96/100),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液治疗支气管肺炎可显着改善患儿症状,效果显着,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Reduning Injection in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children.Methods Two hundred children with bronchial pneumonia treated in our hospital from August 2013 to February 2015 were selected and divided into observation group（100cases）and control group（100cases）.All the cases were given conventional treatment,and the observation group also received Reduning Injection.The treatment effet of two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The observation group was superior to the control group in the defervescence time,cough,asthma and pulmonary rales disappearing time and chest X-ray absorption time,which had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The effective rate in the control group was 83.00%,and that of the observation group was 96.00%,which had statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Reduning Injection in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children has a significant effect in relieving patients＇ symptoms,and its curative effect is reliable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
