不同有机质对滨海盐渍土碱解氮含量及羊草生长特性的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Organic Amendments on Available Nitrogen Content of Coastal Saline Soil and Growth Characteristics of Leymus chinensis

摘要 采用盆栽实验法,对在滨海盐渍土条件下生长的羊草进行了有机质施肥,以了解有机质对碱解氮和羊草生长的影响。试验采取3因素2水平组合设计,在土壤中添加不同有机质(秸秆粉、微生物菌肥和鸡粪),对羊草的出苗率、鲜重、碱解氮含量进行了分析比较。结果表明:与对照相比,施加有机质可以增加羊草的出苗率和鲜重。添加单一有机质对羊草鲜重、出苗率的影响效果均为正相关,影响效果由大至小均为秸秆粉>鸡粪>微生物菌肥。不同改良物质及其各种组合处理之间的影响效果有显著差异,说明不同类型的有机质对羊草生长的影响较大。土壤碱解氮含量在单独添加单一有机质时无显著差异,但组合后添加差异显著。 In order to investigate the influences of the organic materials on Leymus chinensis growth and the available nitrogen content of coastal saline soil, by the pot experiment method, the organic matters were added to the coastal saline soil for Leymus chinensis growth. The pot tests were designed with three factors and two levels, different organic materials (stalk powder, microbial bacterial manure and chicken manure) were added to the soil, and the seed germination, flesh weight and available nitrogen content were analyzed. The results indicate that compared with the control, organic matters can increase the germination rate and fresh weight ofLeymus chinensis. Single organic matter showed positive effect on the fresh weight and germination rate ofLeymus chinensis, and the effects of treatments were straw powder〉chicken manure〉microbial bacterial manure. There were significant differences among different improving materials or different combinations, and it is showed the influences of different types of organic nitrogen fertilizer on the growth of Leymus ehinensis were also different. There was no significant difference among the available nitrogen contents when adding a single organic material to soil, but there were significant differences among the available nitrogen contents when adding to the combinations.
