摘要
通过对65Mn制动器摩擦片的化学成分、金相组织、材料硬度、断口电镜扫描等进行分析,发现65Mn基料夹杂物含量偏高和Cu,As,Sn残余元素含量偏高是65Mn制动器摩擦片发生断裂的主要原因。
Based on the analysis of the chemical composition,microstructure,material hardness,fracture electron microscope scanning,it is found that inclusion content in 65 Mn brake friction plate is on the high side,the higher residual elements like Cu,As,Sn is the main reason for the failure.
