Design of Hairpin Bandpass Filter with Frequency in X-band

摘要 采用引入传输零点的方法设计了一款发卡式带通滤波器。该滤波器由5个发卡单元构成,中心频率为8.6 GHz,带宽800 MHz。通过在第2和第4个发卡谐振器上并联微带开路线的方法引入传输零点,来实现更好的边带抑制。通过调节并联微带线的长度来控制传输零点的位置,实现对边带抑制效果的有效控制。实测结果表明,滤波器带内插损小于3.5 d B,驻波优于-10 d B,带外抑制较好,测试结果达到设计指标要求。 Based on the technique of introducing transmission zeros, a hairpin band-pass filter is designed. The filter has five microstrip hairpins, and the center frequency is 8.6 GHz, the bandwidth is 800 MHz. The transmission zeros is introduced by adding open microstrip lines on the second and fourth resonators of the conventional microstrip hairpin bandpass filter. A better sideband suppression effect was achieved. Adjusting the length of the open microstrip lines, the position of the transmission zeros can be controlled. In this way, the effective control of the sideband suppression is realized. The measured results show that the insertion loss of the filter is less than 3.5 dB and the return loss is better than -10 dB. The filter has a good restraint outside of the band. The test results meet the design requirements.
