侧钻短半径水平井技术在春风油田石炭系的应用 被引量:2

摘要 春风油田的石炭系是准噶尔盆地车排子凸起重要的勘探层系之一,属于裂缝型油气藏,具有巨大的勘探潜力。春风油田的石炭系储层勘探程度较低,目前仅部署少量直井进行试采,取得了一定效果,但直井钻探沟通裂缝少,产能较低。对于储层较薄、直井钻探评价效果不理想的区域,可以部署侧钻水平井进行开发,充分利用老井,节省开支。老井排664井为直井,因储层油气显示不理想,采取裸眼完井,水泥固封。排664井在技术套管下方裸眼处侧钻,采用短半径水平井技术,顺利钻至目的层,分析了技术难点,列举了轨迹优化、钻头选择、轨迹控制、钻井液技术等相应技术措施,顺利钻至目的层。排664井侧井的成功为该区块利用老井开发石炭系储层提供了借鉴。 The carboniferous system of Chunfeng Oilfield was one of the important exploration strata of Chepaizi Swelling in Junggar Basin,which belonged to a fractured reservoir and had great potential of exploration.The carboniferous of Chunfeng Oilfield was with low degree of prospecting and currently only a small amount of vertical wells were deployed and certain effect was obtained in production,but the productivity of vertical wells was low because of less communication cracks.For the areas of thinner reservoirs and vertical well drilling evaluation with poor effect,sidetracking horizontal wells were deployed for development,which could make full use of old wells to save operation cost.The Well P664 was a vertical well in the old well array,in which open hole completion was used and enclosed with cement because oil showing in the reservoir was not ideal.Well P664 C was sidetracked at open hole section under intermediate casing,it was drilled to the reservoir by using the short radius horizontal well technology.This paper analyzes the technical difficulties,lists the corresponding technical measures of well trajectory optimization,bit selection and well trajectory control and the technology of drilling fluid,it is smooth for drilling the target zone.The success of Well P664 Cprovides the reference to develop carboniferous reservoir in the old well of this area.
