摘要
结合新农村建设,探讨祝家沟小流域如何进行综合治理,旨在对工程启动起到指导作用,使流域治理达到生产发展、村容整洁、景观优美、自然和谐,人民收入增加,形成具有山区特色的水土保持工程模式,为该地区农村经济可持续发展奠定基础。
Combined with the new rural construction, Zhujiagou watershed comprehensive management to explore how to do to play a guiding role to achieve watershed management project started, the development of production, clean and tidy village, beautiful landscape, natural and harmonious, increase people＇s income, the formation of the engineering model of soil and water conservation has characteristics of mountain, to lay the foundation for the sustainable development of the rural economy area.
