For the its unique flavor,rich nutrients and multifunctionality,blueberry is highly popular.The nutritional value of blueberry is summarized,especially its healthy function in protecting eyesight,antioxidation and enhancing memory ability.Also,the current development situation of extractive technique of active ingredient in blueberry is reviewed and the prospect of blueberry is presented,aiming to provide a reference for further development of blueberry.
