摘要
学术评价问题是高等院校科研管理、公共资源配置中的核心问题,也是影响高等院校教育事业发展的核心问题。由于受传统文化、评价制度缺陷、经济利益驱动、学术人员道德等方面的影响,我国人文社会科学高等院校的学术评价存在严重的"形式化"问题,导致了科研努力与评价的严重"信息不对称"。为此,本文重点讨论了人文社会科学院校学术评价中的"形式化"问题,剖析了存在问题的原因。最后,本文提出了完善我国文科院校学术评价制度的政策建议。
Academic evaluation is the core issue of colleges and universities when managing scientific research and allocating public resources,while it is also a central issue in the development of education of the colleges and universities. Academic evaluation is affected by the traditional culture,the defect of evaluation system,economic interests,moral of researchers,etc.As a result,there are serious formalized problems of academic evaluation in humanity universities and it leads to asymmetric information problem between research efforts and academic evaluation. Accordingly,this article focuses on the formalized problem of humanity universities in its academic evaluation and analyzes the causes of those problems. Finally,this paper presents some suggestions trying to perfect the academic evaluation system of humanity universities.
