摘要
目的探讨饮食护理在急性黄疸型肝炎护理中的应用效果。方法 60例急性黄疸型肝炎患者,按照护理方式不同分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用饮食护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理总有效率(93.3%)明显高于对照组(70.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性黄疸型肝炎患者实施饮食护理,能有效提高其临床护理效果,防止并发症的发生,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate application effect by diet nursing in acute icteric hepatitis. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute icteric hepatitis were divided by different nursing measures into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received diet nursing. Nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group had much higher total effective rate(93.3%) than the control group(70.0%), and their difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Implement of diet nursing for acute icteric hepatitis patientscan effectively improve their clinical nursing effect and prevent occurrence of complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
