摘要
应急监测贯穿在突发性水环境污染事故的全过程中,建立突发性水污染事故的应急监测体系,对快速响应的应急监测技术也提出了更高的要求。采用小型、便携的监测仪器和设备可以在尽可能短的时间内对现场污染物质的种类、浓度、污染范围和影响程度等作出判断,以便为决策者快速有效地处理事故提供科学依据。
Emergency monitoring is throughout the whole process of sudden water pollution accident. Establishing emergency monitoring system of sudden water pollution accidents makes more requests of the rapid response of the emergency monitoring technology. Using small and portable monitoring instruments and equipment can determine the type, concentration, range and impact degree of pollutant in the scene in the shortest possible time. It is the scientific basis for decision makers to dispose accident quickly and effectively
