摘要
采用便携发射光谱仪对电镀废水中的铅、镉、铬、锌进行检测,该实验采用标准添加法进行测定,避免了样品复杂基体对测定的干扰。经富集后,四种重金属元素的检出限为0.357-8.819ng/mL。相对标准偏差均小于10%,加标回收率为96.3%~107.5%。经与ICP—AES的对比试验证明:该方法与JCP—AES的测定结果偏差均小于5%。实验结果表明:采用便携发射光谱仪对电镀废液中重金属元素进行检测,方便、快速、测定结果准确可靠。
This article discusses the test of heavy metal elements Pb, Cd, Cr and Zn in electroplating effluent by using portable emission spectrometer. The experiment is conducted under standard addition method, thus there is no interference of complex matrix. The detection limit of each metal element was in the range of 0.357 to 8.819 ng/mL after concentration, the relative standard deviation of this method is less than 10%, the recovery rate ranged from 96.3% to 107.5%.A contrast test with ICP-AES showed that the relative standard deviation of this method and ICP-AES is less than 5%. The experimental results showed that it is rapid and accurate to use the portable emission spectrometer to test heavy metal elements in electroplating effluent.Keywords electroplating effluent; portable emission spectrometer; heavy metal element
