摘要
在低温胁迫下研究白菜型冬油菜与抗寒相关的生理生化性状的遗传规律,拟为选配亲本和选育抗寒品种提供理论依据。选择6个抗寒能力不同的白菜型冬油菜品种(系),按Griffing方法Ⅰ配制6×6完全双列杂交组合,将亲本和F1进行低温胁迫处理,测定过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、可溶性蛋白(SP)、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖(SS)含量和越冬率等性状,对一般配合力和特殊配合力的遗传规律进行了分析。研究表明,各性状的一般配合力方差和特殊配合力方差在30个组合间均达到了极显著水平。除丙二醛含量外,陇油7号的其它6个性状的一般配合力效应值均达到了最高,可以优先作为培育抗寒品种的亲本材料;GY×陇油7号的特殊配合力效应值较高达到了极显著水平,是抗寒性较强的组合。越冬率的广义遗传力与狭义遗传力达到了最高值,分别为97.20%和82.05%,且二者之间相差较小,说明越冬率主要以基因的加性效应为主,在早期世代进行选择效果较好。其余6个性状的狭义遗传力和广义遗传力相差很大,适合在后期世代进行选择。
Physiologic and biochemical traits were investigated under cold acclimation for better understanding of cold resistance genetics and to provide rational basis for parent selection. According to GriffingⅠmethod,complete diallel crossing was designed using 6 cultivars and lines. The traits included activities of CAT,POD and SOD,contents of soluble protein,MDA,soluble sugar,and over wintering rate. These 7 traits of parents and F1 were measured and the general and special combining abilities( GCA and SCA) of these traits were analyzed. Among 30 cross combinations,the GCA and SCA were significantly different among 7 cold resistance traits. Except for MDA,GCAs of the other 6 traits in Longyou 7 were the highest,which suggested that Longyou 7 could be the preferred parent for cold tolerance. Cross GY × Longyou 7 had the highest SCA and was significantly different from others,thus the cross was the strongest combination of cold tolerance. The top values of broad heritability and narrow heritability of over- wintering rate were 97. 20% and 82. 05% respectively. Their difference was small,showing that over- wintering rate was controlled mainly by additive effect genes. Thus the trait of over- wintering rate could be used for breeding at the early generation. The other 6 traits could be used in selection at higher generations.
