基于CH315G芯片的USB远距离传输方案的设计实现 被引量:2

摘要 USB接口以其高速稳定的传输性能和即插即用的操作而被广泛应用于计算机系统中。但是由于其传输距离短的缺点,大大阻碍了远距离场所的广泛应用。本文采用CH315G芯片作为信号转换器,辅以普通的5类或者超5类网线和RJ45水晶头,设计和实现了一种价格低廉,方便操作的USB远距离传输方案。实验证明,此方案可以从5米的USB标准传输距离,延长至最大300米的距离,从而满足了工控等特殊行业和用户的远距离传输需求。 USB interface has been widely used in computer system due to its high-speed, stable transmission and plug and play operation. But the fatal disadvantage of the short distance transmission greatly hindered the widely application in remote places.This paper adopts CH315 G series chip as the signal converter, with 5 kinds of ordinary or super 5 lines and RJ45 crystal head, designs and implements a USB long-distance transmission scheme which is low price and easy to operate. Experiments show that, this scheme can extend transmission distance from USB standard of 5 meters to a maximum of 300 meters, in order to meet the demand of special industrial control of long-distance transmission and users.
