摘要
从测量原理、零点与量程的计算方法、测量精度、测量稳定性、价格及维护成本等方面对双法兰差压液位变送器与浮筒液位计进行了比较。结果表明:除了双法兰差压液位变送器的适用介质温度范围小于浮筒液位计外,在测量精度、测量范围、稳定性、调校方法及价格等方面均优于浮筒液位计。而且,在一定的测量范围内,可以用双法兰差压液位变送器替代浮筒液位计获得被测容器的真实液位。
The double-flange differential pressure level transmitter was compared with the the float level transmitter in the level measurement principle, zero point and range calculation method, measurement accuracy, measurement stability, price and their maintenance costs. The results show that the double-flange differential pressure level transmitter outperforms the float level transmitter in the measurement accuracy and range, stabil ity and adjustment method as well as the price with the exception of medium temperature range. It can replace the float level transmitter in a certain measurement range.
