摘要
CuNi_2Si是近年来广泛使用在高铁接触网零部件上的一种镍硅青铜材料。在铜合金的锻造过程中,锻件表面出现异常的条带状花纹。采用直读式光谱仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪对异样锻件进行分析。结果发现:铜棒与锻件的内部成分与组织都是符合要求的,并未出现异常。对断面进行显微分析发现表面与基体有明显的分层,且其化学组分与基体也有较大差异。由此分析,锻件表面出现异样是由于原材料表面粘滞着其他材料造成的。由此,提出了相应的改进措施,并取得了较理想的成效。
CuNi2Si, a sort of nickel silicon bronze material, is widely used in high speed rail contact net in recent years. In copper alloy forging process, abnormal banded pattern on the surface of forge pieces was observed. According to this issue, the abnormal forge pieces were analyzed with direct-reading spectrometer, metallographic microscope, SEM and EDS. The result shows that internal components and organization structure without abnormity in both copper bar and forge piece meet the requirement. However, the microscope analysis of forg- ing surface shows obvious lamination from substrate. And chemical constituents are distinct from substrate. Thus the abnormal phenomenon is caused by other materials adhere to raw material surface. So corresponding measures were put forward and a relatively ideal result was got.
