摘要
针对煤气化高浓污水含量高有机难降解物质、油含量高、固体悬浮颗粒多,处理难度大的问题,以复合酸为破乳剂除油协同膜过滤工艺对煤气化高含量污水进行除油除尘前处理实验。结果表明,该方法对水中的油和固体悬浮颗粒的去除率达到85%、99%以上,有效解决酚氨回收热交换器堵塞问题,提高酚回收率15%左右,为后续处理奠定基础。
Aimed at the problems that wastewater of gasification of high content wastewater contained high refractory organic matters, much oil and solid suspended particles and difficult handling, demulsifier composite acid collaborative membrane filtration was used as the pretreatment process of removing oil and dust from the gasification of high content wastewater. The results showed that the method for the removal rate reached more than 85% and 90%, respectively, which solved the problem of phenol ammonia recovery heat exchanger jams effectively, and the phenol recovery increased about 15%, which was laying a good foundation for subsequent processes.
