摘要
采用混凝+A/O+Fenton+砂滤组合工艺处理印染废水。实际运行结果表明,好氧池出水水质较好,COD去除率可达90%以上,经Fenton和砂滤深度处理后的出水水质COD<60 mg/L,BOD5<10 mg/L,COD平均去除率在95%以上,达到企业回用要求,运行费用2.19元/t,运行成本较低。
The coagulation+A/O+flotation+Fenton+sand filtration combined process was used to treat the printing and dyeing wastewater. The results show that the removal efficiency of COD in aerobic tank is up to 90% and more, After the further treatment of Fenton and sand filtration, the COD, BOD5 is less than 60 mg/L and 10mg/L, respectively, the removal efficiency of COD is up to 95%. The effluent can achieve the requirement of enterprise for reclaimed water reuse quality, and the operation is at a reduced cost of 2.19 yuan/t.
