摘要
随着全球价值链分工水平的深入,中国制造业的出口技术复杂度有了明显提升,但对其准确度量及影响机制一直未得到有效解决。笔者基于价值链分工视角,对2002年-2011年中国制造行业出口技术复杂度变迁情况进行分析,并通过拓展的Feenstra商品连续统模型,提出影响中国制造业出口技术复杂度的四个假说,并利用中国制造行业面板数据进行实证分析。结果表明,研发投入、外商进入强度、进出口贸易额、要素禀赋和产业规模等指标对制造业出口产品技术复杂度的影响存在较大异质性,因此,针对不同类型制造业应采取差异性研发投入策略和贸易政策。
With deepen of the division of global value chain,the technological sophistication of China's manufactured exports has been improved obviously,but its accurate measurement and influence mechanism has not been effectively solved. Based on the perspective of value chain division,this paper measures domestic technological sophistication( DTS) of China's manufactured exports,analyzed the changes of DTS from 2002 to 2011. Then we expanded Feenstra's continuum of goods model and proposed four hypotheses which influence the DTS. By using panel data of China's manufacturing industries,this paper conducts empirical test on hypothesis proposition,and results show that: the impacts of R D investment,FDI,imports and exports,factor endowment and industrial scale on promoting the DTS are quite heterogeneous. Different investments strategies in research and development and trade policies should be applied in corresponding industries.
