摘要
宁波市在数字图书馆建设中,从组织机构、资源建设和服务推广三方面入手,积极推进宁波市数字图书馆大众化水平,效果明显。宁波市数字图书馆的成功,为其他地区推进图书馆大众化提供了经验,具体表现在:政府主导,图书馆负责,与社会力量广泛合作;构建符合实际、体现当地经济社会文化特色、满足需求的文献资源体系;重视宣传推广;培养一支具有职业精神的高素质的馆员队伍。
In the construction of digital library, from three aspects of the organization, resources construction and service promotion, Ningbo actively promoted Ningbo digital library popularization level. The effect is obvious. The success of Ningbo digital library provided the experience for other areas in the library popularization. The specific performance are showed in：government leading, library＇s responsibility, and social forces extensive cooperation; Building practical document resources system, which reflecting the local economic and social culture characteristics and meeting the demand; Attaching great importance to the promotion; Developing a librarian team with professional spirit of high-quality.
