摘要
馆员职业生涯规划是将馆员个人的职业兴趣、职业目标、个人条件与图书馆的发展战略、规划、条件相结合,在图书馆的指导下,馆员对自己的职业发展做出一定的规划。职业生涯规划的目的在于使馆员与图书馆共同发展,共同成长,实现图书馆、馆员与读者的三赢。馆员职业生涯规划战略的实施可以为图书馆可持续发展奠定持续的人力资源基础,尤其是对人力资源状况不尽如人意的基层图书馆来说更是如此。
The concept of Career Planning of Librarians is librarians should combine individual professional interests,professional goals, personal abilities with library development strategies, library projects and conditions, when they make their career development planning under the guidance of library. The purpose of Career Planning is to make common development of librarians and library, and grow up together, so that library, librarian and user can obtain benefit. Librarians should implement career planning in order to lay the foundation for the sustainable development of human resources in libraries,especially in the grassroots libraries that human resources status is not satisfying.
